Hi, I have WPForms installed into my Elementor WordPress site. It has all been connected. However, I've updated the wpforms to change names, removed one form and replaced it with a different form. One of the forms shows today's date as the "updated at..." and it is correct (call this contact form). However the new form (waitlist form) doesn't show. When I fill out waitlist form it shows up in hubspot as contact form.
In wpforms I have the marketing set to waitlist form, not contact form.
I was under the impression these would automatically refresh, but this is not the case. I have saved everything and logged out and back in to see if it would reconnect. That hasn't worked either.
Seems like a syncing issue between WPForms and HubSpot. Check the plugin/integration again. In WPForms, try reconnecting the HubSpot integration. Clear your browser cache and any caching plugins on your WordPress site to ensure you are seeing the latest updates. If the issue still persists, reach out to WPForms support for assistance.
