Non-HubSpot-Form Problem (Company Name & Message not working)

Hello,

i need help with a non-hubspot form, which has been driving me crazy for days.

We created a Wordpress page with Elementor. The HubSpot plugin is connected to WordPress and activated. But the form only works partially. First name, last name, email and phone number are transferred to HubSpot.

The company name and the message, however, are not. We tried different field ID's , but nothing works for company name or mesage...

Does anyone know how to get the company name and the sent message into hubspot?

Values are only passed to Contact fields.
I supposed it's by design.
The only way is to create new custom Contact property and map it against the field in WP.
As mentioned, automation would solve that problem.
I can't complain as I am still in the Free version. 
Meanwhile, I have to create duplicate properties.

Just wanted to confirm since forms in HubSpot is collecting contact properties, is there a custom property Company name or message created in order to pass this information to HubSpot?

All data submitted to non-HubSpot form fields will only match to single-line text field type properties in HubSpot. Non-HubSpot form fields cannot match with other field types.

Hello, Pam,

no, no custom property is created. I have used the normal field-ids that HubSpot uses by default.

If I create a custom property, e.g. "company name" then it works. But then I only have this at contact information. It will not be saved for/under companies.

When I look under Contact > Company, there is always "--" at company name. But that's also the goal, that the CRM takes work off my shoulders and doesn't cause additional work.

Do you know a solution for that?

Hello @medi666,

Currently, forms only collect contact properties in HubSpot.  If you have automation ( Workflows) in your subscription you can add a Company property to contact properties ( creating a custom property), then you can copy the value from the contact to the company afterwards with a workflow.

I hvae the same issue with medi666 in Non-hubspot-Form 

I'm using wordpress with elementor pro, and everytime when a user submits non-hubspot-form (field names are name, email, phone, company) , Hubspot syncs only "name", "email", and "phone" fields into Contacts, but never syncs "company" field into Contacts, so that it shows only name, email and phone in my Contacts menu. 

I think it's a sort of bug, or something special ruels ? but I cannot find any in FAQ or documents.
