No show workflow?

SOLVE

Hey there, I would like to set up a workflow that, when I label a meeting as a no-show, it either re-enrolls the person into the sequence they were in, or sends them an email, but looks like I would need marketing capabilities for the latter.

No show workflow?

Hi @USotomayor,

Automatic enrollment into sequences via workflow requires a Sales or Service Hub Enterprise subscription: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/enroll-and-unenroll-contacts-in-sequences-using-workflows

And yes, automated marketing emails I. Workflow require at least Marketing Hub Professional.

If you have one of the two, you can create a contac based workflow, enroll based on the meeting activity and add either the send or enrollment after.

Best regards!

Totally get the frustration! HubSpot can be a bit limiting with this stuff. Quick question: Are you on Sales Hub Enterprise or just Pro? If you're on Enterprise, you can create a contact-based workflow, set the trigger to Meeting outcome = No-show, and add an action to re-enroll them in the original sequence. I had a client stuck here once, and they didn’t realize sequence re-enrollment only works with Enterprise. If you’re not on that tier or missing Marketing Pro, you could trigger a task to manually follow up or send a one-off email instead. Let me know your plan level and I can help you fine-tune it or whip something up with Zapier automation
