No longer getting form submission emails or in-app notifications
We have about 4 people on our team who are set to get email notifications whenever someone fills out a form submission. However, over the past month, none of us have received these emails or in-app notifications.
Things we have tried:
Allowed all HubSpot emails to pass through our IT email security system.
Verified that our names are still on the email recipient list and ensured notifications are enabled in our personal HubSpot settings.
Cleared cache
What else can we try? We have missed some leads due to this error, so we'd like to get it resolved as soon as possible.
