No longer getting form submission emails or in-app notifications

We have about 4 people on our team who are set to get email notifications whenever someone fills out a form submission. However, over the past month, none of us have received these emails or in-app notifications.

 

Things we have tried:

 

  • Allowed all HubSpot emails to pass through our IT email security system.
  • Verified that our names are still on the email recipient list and ensured notifications are enabled in our personal HubSpot settings.
  • Cleared cache

 

What else can we try? We have missed some leads due to this error, so we'd like to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Hi @RJelen,

 

There are a few more steps that you can try in this article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notification-emails – please have a look and report back.

 

After checking these, I'd recommend disabling this toggle and then turning it back on:

This has worked for other users in the past.

I did everything in that article as well as toggled my notification button. Still doesn't seem to be working.
