New custom property

Hi community,

I have a free account and I think we have 10 max custom properties about contact. At the moment I have 8 custom properties and I tried to create another one but the system tell me I have to upgrate my account.. I think it could be a bug?? Or how I have to set it?

I think the limit is 10 total custom properties, not per object. Do you have other custom properties on accounts?

Also, you could try to get creative and use existing properties. But eventually the free version is meant to act as a trial to show what you can do, but limitations are strict so being able to use it to run a business is not a likely scenario.

Thank you for your support and suggestions. No, I think I have only these 8 custom properties, also in the message (sorry it's in Italian because my version of hubspot is in this language) it says that I have used 8 fields out of the 10 available. That's why I don't understand the block... Where can I check if there are other customizations used in my account?

When you are in the Settings-->Properties you will have 3 options to filter by, groups, field types, and users. All users count to this so you can just check everything except Hubspot and see what comes up.
