New Company creation Domain Issue

SOLVE

Dear readers,

 

When adding a domain name https://www.enaex.com/cl/es/ its not working. When adding the www.enaex.com version it allows me to fill in the field however it does not load all the company information anymore. 

 

the functionality seems to be broken.

Hello @BKV,

 

It sounds like you're referring to the sunset of HubSpot Insights: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/hubspot-insights-on-company-records

 

Please note: on March 17, 2025, HubSpot Insights will be sunset. After that date, you won't be able to access HubSpot Insights. Accounts created after September 18th, 2024 don't have any access to HubSpot Insights. To populate company information moving forward, learn more about migrating to Breeze Intelligence data enrichment.

Going forward, you would have to use the linked Breeze Intelligence features, if you're looking for a native solution.

 

In the ecosystem, some tools have come up trying to fill the gap (neither tested nor endorsed by me), for example https://accountscout.app/

 

In other words, while this is not a pleasant change, it's not broken but expected behavior.
