Need help with setup

Honestly I am a bit confused with the setup. What I am trying to accomplish is three things. Setup a dashboard with the clients contact information and amount requested in funding. The other has the sales pipeline and the last has the affiliate partner program which is a list of the affiliates and they can only have access to the clients they bring in. As far as reports each dashboard can I have a report I assume. Also I would like to connect my two gravity forms website application to hubspot as well.

Thank you Pam,

When I go over the tutorials, I don't see the same options they present in making dashboards. I only see the option in creating reports. Perhaps it can be the way my profile or settings are setup. I would really appreciate the help.
