Need help with Mapping Issues from ACT! to HubSpot
resolver
In order to migrate my ACT! data to HubSpot, I'm mapping my ACT! field names to fields in HubSpot CRM. I need help because I see no fields in HubSpot that are an obvious match for mapping. Will you please give me your advice?
Re. Secondary Contacts. Suppose I'm speaking with a prospect and I'm also working with her assistant. In ACT!, I can list the assistant as a Secondary Contact in the Prospect/Contact's record. Here's a sample of that. I appreciate any help you can give me.

For that use case, in HubSpot you would have to create two separate contacts records and associate them to the same company record (it can be done automatically if contact's share the same email domain)
Using the Job title property would help to know the relation between contacts once you would look at the contact's panel (right column) from the company record. You could also use a third party module named orgcharthub to create a real org chart
More generally, you can always create custom properties to match fields that doesn't exist in HS. Before doing so, I would recommend to make sure that there is not a field for the same purpose in HubSpot since using built-in properties is always best.
