Need help on : Couldn’t complete the connection

I'm having trouble connecting to a user account without super admin access through OAuth. From what I understand, if a user isn't a super admin, they should have marketplace permissions, which have been granted to the user account. However, we're still encountering the error, "Couldn’t complete the connection. Could you please check if the implementation is compatible with the methods HubSpot makes available for OAuth token generation and retrieval?

 

HubSpot requires either that an application use an install URL to allow the user to sign into the external (non-HubSpot) platform, which then generates an OAuth token for HubSpot to use, or that the external platform uses this process here to have the user sign into HubSpot to request an OAuth token from HubSpot.

 

This error means that the HubSpot user attempting to connect the integration needs the user roles or permissions required to authorize the required scopes requested by the integration. To resolve this error, the user connecting the integration must have App Marketplace permissions, which ensures they can connect and install apps from the HubSpot App Marketplace for your HubSpot account. You can contact your Super Admin to grant the permissions, then log out and back into your account for the new permissions to apply.
