Names dissapearing from Contacts entered directly into Hubspot

Has anyone else encountered this? For the past few weeks we have noticed  a problem that occurs after we manually enter a contact into Hubspot with email, first name, last name, and any other pertinent info. Sometime after we've saved the contact, the contact information including their name dissapears and the only thing that remains is their email.  It is very strange and I'd like to find a solution. Thank you.

Does this happen immediately after you go to the contact record or does it show up and then disappear later on? Is there anything in the history of the properties?
