My file uploader is suspended and under review. Help please

Hi,

For some reason, the CRM won't allow me to use my company logo in my signature due to the file uploader being suspended. Can somebody help fix this please?

I have the same problem. It's been there for months now. I have a chat box and I can't change the avator to my company logo. How do I sumit a appeal form.

Hi @robertgero ,

If you have already submitted the appeal form, you will need to wait for the internal team to review it. (This will take about 2 business days.) Once the review is done, you should be notified within your account.
