I tried to sign into an account I have without realizing that the inbox was unlicensed, so when HubSpot sent a log-in code, the email address bounced from their end, and now I'm unable to receive the log-in code emails to access my account.

I was able to chat with support and get them to unbounce the email. Thanks.

Hi @carlyejowens,
Are you the only user in your HubSpot portal or are there other users who could send you an invite to a new email address? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/add-and-remove-users
If not, then there is a form at the end of this article which you can submit to get access to your account: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/why-can-t-i-log-into-hubspot#login-form

Are there other users on the account? The admin should be able to set up a username afffiliated with a functional inbox to grant you access.
