My contacts processed doesn't match contacts added, yet no errors?

Hi! So I am trying to upload 99 contacts to Hubspot Sales, using a CSV file. My column titles are fine, they are all formatted exactly the way I have formatted thousands of other contact uploads, yet only 72 of the 99 have uploaded. 

 

It reads as follows: 

Processed: 99

Added: 72

Errors: 0

 

I thought maybe it was glitching so I gave it the weekend to process the rest but it's still not working. I deleted the contacts and tried again, still not working. Any ideas as to why? Thanks!

This normally means that some of the contacts in the import already existed in HubSpot - have you checked that this is or isnt the case?

Hello,

 

I am having the same issue.  My import record shows;

 

724 Processed

690 Added

0 Errors.

 

I am importing from scratch (there are no companies already inputted within HubSpot) and I have checked the 724 for duplicates of which there are none.

I'm seeing the same problem. My CSV has 6,805 contacts, but when I upload the list only 6,660 contacts are in Hubspot. I know there aren't duplicates on my list and that they don't exist in my contact base already. 

 

Help?
