My contacts will not load. I cleared my all time cache, tried Microsoft Edge, closed and restarted my computer. My Associate can get to the contacts. Tiffany was trying to help me before and could see the contacts but could not help me
Could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing in your end?
Also, I will be sharing this article about browsers that are supported by HubSpot, could you please confirm if you have your Chrome browser with the most updated version? And if so what is the version you have installed on your computer? Does that happen if you login to another computer/device, and is this happening to other users in your account?

When you mention "My Associate is not having any problem getting to contacts and tasks and she logged in as me and could see them."
Did she tried to log in to her computer with your login and she was able to see the contacts? If so, my recommendation would be since your permissions are ok in your account and the Chrome version is up to date, could you please check for any extension you have installed in your browser and disconnect it. After that please try again to load the contact list in HubSpot, are you able to see any messages on the page? (I was not able to see the full screenshot of the page).
