Multiple daily emails/limiting how many emails a person will receive daily.

Hi there,

I have a client who has several email campaigns and there are some contacts who are on more than one list or tag.

What we would like to know is if there is a function to make sure that one of those people on more than one list won't receive more than one email in one day?

What about if I want to limit the number of emails for specific contacts only, as opposed to all my contact base? Is there a way to do this?

Hello @EValdivia,

With a Marketing Hub Enterprise subscription you have access to an email frequency safeguard. This can be accessed via Settings > Marketing > Email > Send frequency. These settings allow you to to limit the maximum number of emails recipients can receive daily, weekly etc.
