Multiple Hubspot Submission Forms are coming in one top of other Submissions

For our sales team, we get Hubspot Submission Forms through our emails. Sometimes, multiple submission forms will show up in an email when they should be coming through in separate ones. I have even seen where a form came through in its own email but then I see that same form show up in another email that contains other forms. I want to be pointed in the direction of maybe where the problem is steming from in our Hubspot. Is it part of the automation we set up for this submission forms?

Hi @NaomiZ,

In the options tab of the form editor, there is a setting "Always create contact for new email address". Enable it and the issue will stop 🙂
