Multiple Form Submissions with Same Email

SOLVE

Hi Everyone!

 

I created a workflow that is being triggered by a form submission on our website. The contact should make their way through the workflow and then receive an email at the end. This is a success until we try to submit the form again using the same email address. HubSpot doesn't seem to be collecting the form submission unless the email is different. 

We allow our audience to submit forms multiple times so this is a must to be able to capture these forms submissions and for the contact to receive the email at the end no matter the amount of times they submit.

Hi @ZDecker,

 

What makes you think that HubSpot isn't collecting subsequent form submissions? When you navigate to the form (Menu > Marketing > Lead capture > Forms), does the submission not show up in the Submissions tab of the form?

 

Is your question related to re-triggering the workflow? If so, HubSpot, by default, only enrolls a record into a workflow once. (This is good for a default, anything else would have insane implications.)

 

You can enable re-enrollment by clicking into the enrollment trigger box at the beginning of the workflow. The right sidebar will open. Check the box applying to the form submission:
