Multiple Activity Boxes open at the same time?

Hi everyone,

Our customer success team makes a lot of phone calls and that means a lot of time on hold or listening to voicemails. They have asked if it's possible to have more than one create/log an activity box open at the same time (see the image below). Any thoughts on this?

Hi @Jenny26! That sounds like a fantastic idea. 

If you don't get other thoughts, you might post this idea here: HubSpot Community - HubSpot Ideas - HubSpot Community.

While it does not appear doable right now, I personally don't see why this couldn't be possible. Especially when you can open the Log an Email modal and collapse it. Why not be able to have multiple modals open and even stacked on each other? 

Now one work around is to open the same contact on multiple tabs. Not an idea solution but by doing this I was able to successfully have an email log and call log open for the same contact; just in different browser tabs. Also, you chould have each tab in its own window and side by side for ease of viewing.

Thank you, Crystal! We tried opening another tab but not having the windows side by side - that may be great work around! I'll post the suggestion in the  idea forum as well.
