Move or share contact between two of my accounts

I am running two HubSpot CRM accounts for different businesses. If I forget to change over the open hubspot account and send an email, it creates a contact in the wrong account.

Is there a way I can easily move that contract and the record to my other account?

Moving  ('porting') or copying ('syncing') records between HubSpot accounts isn't built-in functionality. You'll need to use 3rd-party tools to accomplish your goal.

Note: 3rd-party tools that allow porting and syncing between HubSpot accounts can be unbelievably powerful, all have a fairly steep learning curve, and are typically reserved for large data porting/syncing use cases. It's often just easier, faster, more practical to simply perform the process manually for small numbers of records.
