Are you looking at the same quote in which some users see the option to Mark Signed and some do not? If they are different quotes, the one that is not showing, does that include the option to add the space to sign manually (include written signature)?
Are the permissions the same between the users? Specifically, does the user without the Mark Signed option have access to the Sales tools?
Those are the things I'd check first, but if these don't fix it, we can continue to troubleshoot.

Yes, we were looking at the same quote, and it does include the space for a written signature. The user also has access to the Sales tools, just like the rest of the sales team. The only difference we noticed is that the Mark Signed button is missing on her end.
We tried upgrading her permission to admin (with account access), and that finally made the button appear. However, this isn't ideal since she's not actually an admin. We're still hoping there's a way to fix this while keeping her in the Sales CRM permission set.

@LPeng5 this sounds like the permissions were not identical before – could you back to the users previous permissions and confirm they are really exactly the same?
