Migration Activities to Another CRMs

I've been using HubSpot for a long time, and my team has had a great track record on this, we have over 3k Leads, so we have a LOT of task history and scheduled for future tasks, I don't want to lose this information. How can I migrate tasks and observations to the new CRM? (RD STATION)

Hi @LucasSantos,

It's currently not possible to export contact engagements (notes, tasks, emails, meetings, calls) directly, at least not out-of-the-box. There are workarounds using third-party integrations. I haven't tested this myself but other users have mentioned import2 data migration. Another alternative would be custom solutions based on the HubSpot Engagements API. You can find the API limits here.

There is also a thread on this topic in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. I'd recommend upvoting this thread and leaving a comment with your use case.

Hey @LucasSantos 

I think that you 'd need a tool like Zapier to sync information between HubSpot and RD Station

Take a look at Zapier's page https://zapier.com/apps/hubspot/integrations/rd-station

Another (a bit more complex) option if to work from the API with a developer.
