Migrating from HubSpot to Salesforce

We've decided to migrate from HubSpot CRM to Salesforce.

In addition to all the Contact and Account properties, is it possible to export all the activities for Contact and Account objects? ex. Email Conversations, Notes and Tasks?

Migrating from HubSpot to Salesforce

Migrating from HubSpot to Salesforce can be easily accomplished using MigrateMyCRM, a platform designed to migrate your data from one CRM to the other, without the use of files (although you can use files if you'd like to.)

All native and custom objects are supported, including Notes, Calls, Emails, Tasks, and Meetings. Also, you can run the migration on your own, with a few hours of help from our team, or by handing it over to my team to handle for you.

You can learn more about our tool here: MigrateMyCRM.com

Migrating from HubSpot to Salesforce

One option is to export all of your CRM data using Ultimate Data Export for HubSpot

Ultimate Data Export is available free of charge in the HubSpot App Marketplace.

With the Ultimate Data Export for HubSpot you can export the following data tables and their associations:

    • Contacts
    • Web Analytics
    • Companies
    • Deals
    • Deal History
    • Owners
    • Campaigns
    • Engagements
    • Emails
    • Products
    • Tickets
    • and more related subdata such as Pipelines and Associations.

Here is a brief explainer video on the app.

Migrating from HubSpot to Salesforce

Hi @Chris_Hughes!

You can export activities using HubSpot Engagements API or you can connect your HubSpot account to your new Salesforce account. I'm just not quite sure if this will sync past activity.

I already saw some people using HubSpot Reports to export activities, but not sure how you could send that to Salesforce.

Best,

Felipe Felix
