I am currently migrating data from an old customers CRM to HubSpot including e-mail correspondence. Since it is not possible to import activities in HubSpot, we decided to import the e-mails as notes. This way worked for only a few test contacts succesfully.
For the big import HubSpot is showing an error, saying the files exceed the maximum of 250,000 lines. Our upload csv.-files only have about 6,000-10,000 rows, so HubSpot is counting the breaks within the rows, since the e-mails are quite long.
Is there anyone, who has faced the same problem and can help me with this?
Unfortunately, it is not an option to only upload a small number of e-mails step by step. We have roughly 400,000 e-mails/notes which need to be imported, therefore we need an automated way.
The import worked successfully, after removing all breaks within the rows directly in the excel sheets. But next time we will definitely check out your solution!
