Migrating Email from Insightly

Résolue

Hi Guys,

1st post to the community and new to Hubspot CRM.

I've manually exported / imported my list of contact & companies successfully. I can't see/haven't found a way to migrate my existing emails from Insightly to Hubspot yet.

Once I have them imported - I'm assuming I'll have to manually attached them to each client/company?

Any help will do - thanks guys.

Regards,

Ross

@RossGood There is also this tool that may help get the historical emails from your inbox Threads Software. I haven't personally used it but have seen it in the boards here.

Welcome @RossGood

In short there's no magic email importer.

You can forward emails into HubSpot but that's going to be a tedious process.

To find your custom email forwarding address go to:

Settings (cog at top right) > Sales (left menu) > Log emails in CRM (submenu)

There you'll find both a BCC email address and a Forwarding Email address - both are useful.

To log incoming emails into the CRM, forward them to the email address. Emails forwarded to the address will be attached to any matching contacts. If no contact is found, a new one will be created.

Have fun

Mike

Cheers @HubSpotMaster - this tool is brilliant and it still syncing my emails from gmail into my Hubspot CRM literally as I type.

It's a deadly bit of software which has saved me so much time. I'd highly recommend anyone to use it. I was on live chat with Thomas Michel and he was excellent with his time & help.

Delighted - cheers!
