I'm currently merging duplicates in Hubspot and would like to prioritize the email that doesn't have any hard bounces without opening up a new tab to check.
I thought the "Email hard bounce reason" would be enough but it's not always showing when there's been a bounce. I'm wondering if this might be because some of these emails are really old (1-2 years+) and either the field didn't exist previously or Hubspot doesn't retain this data?
Are there any other properties that I can use to spot a bad email? Most of the ones that I've been adding to my view have been blank. I can hazard a guess based upon delivered emails or last open date but open to other suggestions.
This is definitely odd. Can you confirm that these contacts are still marked as bounced by HubSpot (small rectangle "This contact has bounced" in the top left corner of the contact record)? Is there definitely an email logged to the record that says "There was an issue sending this email" or similar? Is there a chance someone else in your portal might have unbounced these contacts?
Best regards
