Please create the ability to merge contacts or companies from the search page. It is very cumbersome to manage the way it is setup now. See pic attached for reference. I should be able to select these two companies and merge right from this screen.
Also when in the merging function why can't you search for a specific company?

@DSchultz6 I faced the similar issues merging records in HubSpot, so we created Koalify—a plugin to easily merge and clean up duplicates."
Here's how you can merge these selected records using Koalify:
1) Create a view of your duplicates
2) Choose the companies you want to merge from your view, then add them to a workflow in which you use Koalify "Merge Duplicate Contact / Companies" Action.

I completely understand your frustration @DSchultz6, I've run into this situation many times!
This is an excellent idea, I recommend adding to the ideas discussion here so it has visibility with the product team.
