Yes, HubSpot has features for manual deduplication, checking contacts one by one: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/deduplication-of-contacts-companies-deals-tickets#manually-d...
If you want to run this automatically, you would have to look into third party solutions like Insycle, integrating with HubSpot: https://www.insycle.com/hubspot/

SOLVE@JohanNihleen were you able to resolve these duplicates with gmail or hotmail email addresses?
