Why has the merge contacts view changed? This is a great feature of HubSpot, but now it is unusable to me. When I access the Manage Duplicates section, select review I cannot read the date let alone the data for the two contacts that I am comparing. I cannot widen the screen to make it readable either. (See the first attached image.)
But if I go to the same contact card in HubSpot and then select Actions > Merge, this view is what I was expecting to see (and what I used to see) under Manage Duplicates. I can see the two data fields to compare and decide which to keep. (See the second attached image.)
Why was this change made? I've reach out to HubSpot support and was told yes they made this change but to suggest HubSpot reverts back to how it was. Why would you make it harder to do something HubSpot? HubSpot functions should keep improving the customer experience and not make it harder.

There's clearly a mismatch between how it's displayed when merging from a record vs. from the tool.
If the support rep you were talking to didn't pass this on to the product team, you could either open another support ticket or reach out to your customer success manager to escalate (support can tell you who your customer success manager is).
I wouldn't go the route of submitting a HubSpot Ideas post here as it's not a feature request, it's a request to fix a display issue.
