I am trying a simple workflow that triggers a message on slack everytime a salesperson schedules a meeting. Apparently, I was able to make it work when a potential client schedules a meeting, but not the other way around. Does anybody know a solution?
@Thomas_Carlsen I can see sending a Slack notification when a form is filled out and that form is a meeting link form. But I'm not seeing one for just "meeting exists." But if I understand your question, you could trigger a workflow to start when one of these meetings properties matches your need (like meeting name is known).
Then the slack message can include the needed info:
Does that help?

Thank you for your answer Dan! I want to do a similar thing: When a lead books a meeting through the Sales-Hub Meeting scheduler feature, I want to send them a reminder to attend the meeting 1 hour before the meeting starts.
Is there a way to trigger a workflow based on the booked meeting start time?
