I'm still wondering why you're able to add "Call Direction" (e.g. Inbound or Outbound) and you're not able to find the same property in the Meeting section.
I want my salespeople to be able to say if a meeting came from Outbound or inbound efforts.
Please let me know if this property is available on a different plan or somehting else. Thanks
For my clients – it depends, but generally, we'll have workflows running that set the meeting type based on UTM or Original Source – and stamp that as necessary.
Pretty hard to admit that Hubspot has a 1,500 product team and is not able to add this property... that already exists for Call but not meeting. Every Sales team are tracking meeting source.
I'm interesting to learn how other sales team manage this (utm etc.).
