I'm trying to create a workflow that starts when a customer books a meeting with a sales person, then sends a different email to the customer every day before the meeting.
I am having trouble finding a way for the workflow to see information about the meeting or about the inquery the customer fills out before booking the meeting. Any thoughts?
Within the workflow you can access information from the contact's associated activity in both the trigger and the actions by filtering on the activity associated to the enrolled contact:
If the inquery information is submitted into contact properties via a form, these too can be accessed in the workflow by filtering on the enrolled contact and selecteing 'contact properties'
