I can't add new contacts to my account. it stopped at 226

If you're unable to add new contacts to your HubSpot account and it stopped at 226, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try using a different browser to rule out browser-related issues.
  • Visit HubSpot's status page to check if there are any system-wide issues affecting contact creation.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Ensure the Email field is included and required on your form ( Only if you are using forms here) , check if the tracking code is installed and firing correctly if using an external page, and include the necessary parameters if using the HubSpot Forms API. A "No Record" error can occur due to missing tracking code or incorrect API parameters, so verify and correct these as needed.
  • If importing contacts, ensure there are no errors in your import file and that each contact has a unique email address.
  • Verify the contact limit of your current HubSpot plan. If you’ve reached it, consider upgrading your plan or cleaning up your contact list by deleting or merging duplicate contacts.
  • Check the total number of contacts in your account to ensure you haven’t exceeded the plan’s limit. If necessary, clean up outdated or duplicate contacts.
  • Ensure you have the appropriate permissions to add and edit contacts. If unsure, check with your account admin.

Could you please provide a bit more detail? How are you adding contacts? Is the counter stopping or is there a technical block for adding additional contacts? If you can share screenshots and more detail, that will greatly help with a resolution.
