Mass Update Call Log and Activities

Hello! Posting on behalf of a customer here -Similar to bulk editing properties or creating tasks in bulk, would appreciate being able to mass update activities, especially that of call logs. 

This would really help ease the manual logging of calls, especially when there are so many in a day. Thank you!

Hi @leechen,

This is already possible, it's just not that well known. Navigate to Menu > Contacts > Calls. As with all other objects, you can bulk select and edit:

For other activities, this feature is not available yet but there is a related requests which you can upvote.

Is there a way to "log" in bulk? 

So you want to log say 50 calls, you use "bulk" with "log"

We actually need this for SMS, but it is ok to use Call because we know it is actually SMS

Currently not possible in HubSpot but you can share this idea on the idea section of the community. HubSpot Product team reviews these ideas and works on them.
