Manually Log Inbound text Message

SOLVE

Astrouding that Hubspot doesn't have a solution for this.

It is obvious from this omission from Hubspot that they do not understand D2C selling in 2025.

Calls need to be pre-framed with emails and text if they are to be answered.

There is currently no way to manually log an incoming text message from a contact.

Manually Log Inbound text Message

SOLVE

You can manually log SMS on a contact record by selecting log activity then choosing to log SMS. From there you can describe the message and insert screenshots or links.
