Managing Multiple CRMs

I'm managing two CRM accounts using two separate email addresses.  However, both email addresses are generated through Google's Gsuite and in the case of one of our users, all emails go to one inbox.

 

We have not been able to use the Switch Connected Hubspot Account option in gmail to make this work.  I need help fast or we are going to have to stop using the systems because we can't track our client interactions effecitvely!

 

Is there a trick with how the email integrations are set up?

CRM accounts are set up to manage one email domain. If you are integrating two accounts to the same GSuite account then data will be merged.
