Making some properties mandatory when completing a task

I'm looking for a way to set some contact properties to be filled before the user can complete a task.
For example, when user try to complete a task, it should check if certain fields are updated in a contact and if not, the task should not be completed.
As far as I know, the tasks app doesn't currently support your use case.

To ensure that certain contact properties are filled before a user can complete a task in HubSpot, unfortunately, HubSpot does not provide a direct way to make fields mandatory at the time of task completion.
However, you can work around this limitation by creating the required steps for the task completion process. When assigning tasks, you can add specific instructions to make sure that the user updates the required contact properties before marking the task as complete. Additionally, you can create a checklist for the task that includes filling out the necessary fields.
Although as mentioned this exact functionality cannot be done natively
you can always create new task if those properties are incomplete
or we like to use tools like Supered that show error messages when something is missing in the record.
I'd also suggest creating views for the contact owners with the records that have that information incomplete to be able to review it, and also creating reports for the managers so that they see the amount of incomplete information in the record so that they can talk with the record owner.
