Making Lists, Filters,group

I want to upload contacts here on hubspot and import them to a campaign on smartlead. And seems like for that I should create either a list, a filter or a group but I don't really understand how to do it. I managed to almost create a list but I don't get the filters/criteria part. Could someone give me some guidance for this? Which one is easier to make?

If you're getting stuck, could you specify at which step exactly? Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing, what exactly you'd like to filter for, and what the list should return?
