Why mails sent by one user in hubspot not appearing in timeline of unassigned contacts or contact owned by another user? All the users have been granted permission to view , edit and communicate everything under contacts. Please help.
Emails sent to a contact will only show in that contact record.

Any emails that are send to with only email ids typed are not getting logged. However others which have a name <email id> get logged. Do you know why this is happening? What wrong we are doing? And this issue is happening only for one of the most active users.
E.g - to david.miller@gecu.org does not get logged or for it any new contact created but David<david.miller@gecu.org> gets logged
Pleas help . We soon need a fix. We have already lost a lot of logged in information.
