Mailbox connected to Hubspot but not showing emails received in hubspot

SOLVE

Hi! I have an issue with a personal inbox connected to hubspot. We're using hubspot to track all emails received and for contacts and companies to be created automatically everytime a new email is recieved to a personal inbox, but that's not happeing.

 

When I go to setting, general and the inbox section, I see everything is integrated correctly (inbox and calendar), but still the emails and contacts from my personal emails don't show on Hubspot, what could be the problem?

 

(Just in case, I'm not talking about the inbox that it;s in the "conversations" section, I'm talking about a personal inbox conected to hubspot) image (4).png

Hi @ARavera,

 

Thats expected behaviour. HubSpot only logs outgoing messages and replies to those messages, but not new incoming messages which aren't replies.

Hi! I too am having this issue where everything is integrated correctly yet not showing outgoing messages or reply threads to a contact connected to a deal? Please help!

Thats expected behaviour. HubSpot only logs outgoing messages and replies to those messages, but not new incoming messages which aren't replies.
