Mail is sent from a wrong mail account

Hi Community,

We have two users on our free account, that is marius@contus-xxx.yy and sales@contus-xxx.yy. When we get an inquiry from a potential client, it is not automatically assigned to any of these users.

But when second user (sales@contus-xxx.yy) tries to answer to a client, the mail is sent from marius@contus-xxx.yy e-mail?

What can be wrong here?

We got this client from chatflow so that will be probably conversation window.

Hey @Marius1 where are you sending these emails from? Is this from the conversations inbox? or through the contact record?
