Generally, MQL and SQL aren't a Deal stage, they're a Lifecycle stage. This means they're (usually) not stored on the deal but on the contact object.
In any case, you can create funnel reports on both objects: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-custom-funnel-reports
If you do not have a Professional subscription, you'll find templates under Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > search for 'funnel'.
