Looking to identify contacts who did not show up to their most recent meeting booked

Hi - I'm looking to identify contacts who submitted a form, scheduled a demo, but did not show up to the scheduled meeting. In our instance, a Deal is created when the demo is scheduled. If a contact no-shows, the Meeting Outcome is set to No Show. The catch is, any list I've tried to run returns contacts associated to and meeting where the meeting outcome is any of now show - not just the most recent meeting. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @AGlick44,

HubSpot most of the times has no concept of "first" or "last" when filtering for associated records.

Could you explain what you're trying to achieve by having this information? Is it for simply identifying the affected records or do you want send automated emails based on that, for example?

If you're creating a deal anyway, you could do the following:

  • Create a deal segment of all deals which are associated to a meeting that was completed
  • Create a deal segment of all deals which are associated to a meeting with outcome no show AND deal is in pipeline stage 'Scheduled demo'
  • Create a deal tag that shows 'No show' when deal is member of second segment AND not a member of first segment

Et voilà, you would see at a glance which are sitting in the scheduled demo stage with a no-show meeting.

You could now also filter for contacts associated to deals with that deal tag.

What makes most sense depends on what exactly you're trying to solve.
