Looking to Mass Downgrade deals and Closed Won Multiple Deals

I am reaching out to see if there is a way to mass dwngrade many deals and add the correct lines items and close win new upsell opportunities across many courses from a list?

By "Mass Downgrade" I'm assuming you mean change the deal stage to something further back? If this is the case, super-simple - change the view to List View:

Then select the checkbox to the left of all the deals you want to edit, and click the "Edit" button at the top. You'll get a box like this, and you can change any of the properties (you're looking for deal stage).

You can of course Close Win these at this point, but you won't be able to add line items here. 

If you want to add a line item to deals en masse, you'll need to use a workflow and an app (Exelab does one, CLICK HERE). However I would advise caution - a workflow will not have the insight your sales teams do.

Hey @MCuthbert9 - Do you have access to workflows in HubSpot?! If so, you will be able to use a deal-based workflow to enroll the deals you'd like to bulk change the value on deal properties - such as close win them. You'd need to use either custom-code in a workflow action or a third-party app to add the line items to these deals, such as Line Item Assistant.

Alternatively, if you do not have access to workflows or prefer not to use a third-party app, you could export the deals from your HubSpot portal, amend the data in an external spreadsheet - inclusive of adding in the line item information - and then re-import the cleansed data back into HubSpot. This article will help outline how the import files should be formatted.
