A bit of context: My company is currently having two CRM tools, one from Hubspot and the other one from Wix. The reason is that we are currently managing (and paying) our email campaigns from Wix. It is quite complex due to the limited synchronization of contacts between Wix and Hubspot. Both databases have the same contacts.
Due to the high bounce rate of the last email campaign I got into an email verifier tool (MyEmailVerifier) to separate the valid and invalid emails.
I have already the list of invalid mails which I uploaded to my account of Hubspot and click the opt-out option when importing a list but I cannot see the contacts.
I am not sure if done right but If you have any other way, please let me know.
Thank you in advance for your comments and advice!
You have done everything right. The opt out import will not bring them into your database as contacts if they did not exist. They will show up if you export unsubscribed/bounced contacts though ( https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/import-an-opt-out-list ).
