I have just taken over and I am trying to readjust the culture from sending all email to more interactions and more phone calls. We have incoming and outgoing phone calls. We have inside and outside reps. Right now, there are restrictions on what accounts reps can log call information onto. Where do I adjust the permissions so the inside reps can record information on the accounts so outside reps can see what was spoken about.
You'll want to adjust this in the users and teams section under settings. For the users that need to be able to see more than just what they own, you would want to set their contact view settings to either everything or team (if they're on the same team).
