Logging 3rd party emails about a client to the client's record in HubSpot

My Outlook is connected to HubSpot and emails to and from a client are automatically logged to the client record. However, when a 3rd party emails me about a client but doesn't copy the client, then I need to manually file this email against the client's record in HubSpot. How do I do this so the client's record is complete?

I've looked into using my Hubspot bcc or forwarding email but this only results in a general HubSpot filing and no entry against the client's address as it's not contained within the email thread.

You can manually associate the activity on the third-party contact record with the client's contact record.
