Log and Track Email Stopped Working

SOLVE

Our CRM is set-up to log and track emails automatically from Outlook (with the Hubspot Sales Add-In) however, we're finding that anything after March 30 is not displaying in activity. For example: any emails sent after March 30 and any contacts added are not displaying. Help!!

@SPagano When you send an email via Outlook - do you see the BCC added before you send?

Hi @SPagano ,

Before sending the email, I hope you have Selected the Track Email checkbox in the Message ribbon.

Ensure your log and track settings are enabled in the Outlook extension:

Hi @Bryantworks. Our settings are enabled to log and track emails, but it is still not displaying any logged/tracked emails after March 30. Help?!

@Bryantworks we do now. We had to reinstall the add-in. Does this happen frequently? This is the second time we've had to reinstall.

Ahh, glad its working now @SPagano.  I haven't really seen this occur multiple times but do know the extension is a bit wonky for O365.
