Livechat not working on website | help!

Hi,

We have a chatbot from Hubspot live on our website but it's not appearing anymore. 

I have already tried deactivating and activating the chatbot, but it didn't work. 

Could someone help me solve this? Thanks!

Generally, HubSpot has a troubleshooting instruction here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/chat-widget-is-not-appearing-on-your-pages

However, the live chat seems to be working fine for me:

I'd recommend clearing cache / cookies in your browser and disabling browser extensions which might conflict with the chat.

It works fine for me. The troubleshooting guide @karstenkoehler shared should help you get to the bottom of this. The two most common issues I've seen when this happened, was either the availability or the audience settings for the chatflow that caused it to not show again.

But for me its working very well, Please open your website in pvt window or check the LiveChat settings.
