Live chat trigger on scrolling not working

Hi, I would like to know how can I trigger the chat message popup at the end of the page instead of trigger by seconds. I have tried the percentage of page scrolled but this did not work properly as it opened the chat on page load

Thank you for reaching out to the HubSpot Community.

In order to show the live chat's welcome message after scrolling down to the bottom of the page, you'd want to make sure the following setting is done.

1. Select "Pop open the welcome message as a prompt" under "Chat display behaviour"
   
2. Enable "Percentage of the page scrolled" by checking the box then select "100%"
   
3. Target the correct page in "Target" section
   

After setting these up, the chat should be appearing like this:

When you test the chat behaviour, I'd recommend using a new incognito window to open your page.
