List of records updated by HubSpot Insights?

Hi, 

We have run into issues with HubSpot Insights recently in which many properties are incorrectly updated. The two properties that we are most concerned about are Company Name and Industry.

Is there a way to pull a list of records that have been updated by HubSpot Insights?

I reached out to support and they were unable to find a way. I was wondering if anybody else has run into this issue and found a workaround to track these records. 

I am aware that this tool can be turned off, but it is more useful keeping it on. I need to find a way to keep an eye on records that incorrectly update.

Hey @SHinojosa3 

so as you already know HubSpot insights could be on or off

but there is no standard masive way to see which records/properties have been modified by it

(only manually in each property)

However, you can access this information from the API and create the report you need for each object. You will need the help of a programmer who knows how to handle the Hubspot API.

Thanks for the information. Do you have any resources that discusses what needs to be done to help in this situation? Do you know if there is a way to update a custom property using a workflow that detects records that were updated by HubSpot Insights.

Can you explain a bit more about how you have updated these properties through workflows or via Import?

Usually, the company name is updated when doing a bulk import.

If we do not have the Company Name or Industry, then it is auto populated with HubSpot Insights from the Contact's email. 

It has traditionally worked well for us but we have noticed recently that it is incorrectly changing Company Names and Industries that were originally populated by HubSpot Insights.

We noticed that an industry that we use, is being updated to Professional Coaching and Training even though though this is the incorrect industry for that type of company. So we created a list to see all the companies that have been updated to that industry recently. This allows us to manually go in and update those records to the correct industry. 

I am trying to find a similar way to find company names that were updated recently to something different so that we can manually check them.
